We're committed to handling refund requests fairly and transparently. Here's what you need to know about our process.
Running floristry masterclasses means working with perishable materials, advance bookings, and careful preparation. We've designed this policy to be fair to everyone involved while acknowledging the realities of our business.
Eligibility for Refunds
Not all situations qualify for refunds, and that's something we're upfront about from the start. Since we purchase fresh flowers and materials specifically for each masterclass session, timing matters quite a bit.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled masterclass typically qualify for a full refund
- Requests between 7-14 days before the session may receive a partial refund of 50% to cover materials already purchased
- Cancellations within 7 days of the masterclass generally won't qualify for refunds, though we can discuss alternative dates
- If we need to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances on our end, you'll receive a full refund or priority rebooking

Materials & Preparation
Each masterclass involves ordering specific flowers, preparing workstations, and sometimes bringing in guest instructors. Once we've committed these resources to your session, it becomes difficult to redirect them elsewhere. That's why early notice makes such a difference in what we can offer.
How to Request a Refund
The process itself is straightforward, though the timeline depends on several factors.
Contact Us
Send an email to info@Cadcase.it.com with your booking reference and reason for the refund request. Phone works too if you prefer talking it through.
Review Process
We'll review your request within 2 business days. Most straightforward cases get approved quickly, while unusual situations might need a bit more discussion.
Confirmation
You'll receive written confirmation of our decision via email, including the refund amount and expected processing timeline if approved.
Processing
Approved refunds typically process within 5-7 business days. The money returns to your original payment method, though your bank may need additional time to post it.
Payment Methods & Timing
We return refunds through the same method you used for payment. Credit card refunds usually appear within 7-10 business days, while bank transfers can take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution.
If you paid in installments, we'll refund the amount you've actually paid minus any applicable cancellation fees based on the timing of your request.
Rescheduling Instead
Sometimes rescheduling makes more sense than canceling altogether. We're typically more flexible with date changes than with refunds, especially if you let us know early.
- First reschedule request is usually free if made at least 7 days in advance
- Short-notice reschedules might involve a small administrative fee to cover materials already prepared
- You can transfer your booking to another participant with advance notice
- Group bookings have slightly different flexibility options that we can discuss directly
Special Circumstances
Weather in Baku can occasionally affect flower deliveries or make travel difficult. If we experience supply issues that significantly impact the masterclass quality, we'll contact you beforehand to discuss rescheduling or refunding.
For private group bookings or custom masterclass arrangements, we work out refund terms during the initial planning conversation. These situations often involve larger flower orders and more preparation, so the policies may differ from standard sessions.
No-Show Policy
If you don't attend your scheduled masterclass and haven't contacted us beforehand, refunds won't be available. We'll have prepared all materials and reserved your space, so please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change.
